Rims
We've been producing rims and wheels since 2012. Syntace rims have always been valued for their wide construction, which improves tire support and thus provides more grip and comfort. However, we don't compromise on durability or weight. This is made possible primarily by the cleverly optimized use of materials.
At every point in the rim there is just enough material to absorb all conceivable forces and it is saved exactly where it is advantageous.
Spokes and nipples
Even the smallest details, such as the spoke nipples, are the result of our own development and unique expertise. We developed a special plastic insert that permanently prevents the nipples from coming loose.

Construction quality
Better than hand-laced: Syntace wheels are trued using a high-precision process by a robot that works specifically according to spoke tension. We achieve impressively tight tolerances of just a few percent, which are almost impossible to achieve manually. Between these steps, the robot repeatedly presses the wheel to ensure that it maintains its perfect concentricity even after the first few rides. This high level of precision ensures maximum stability and outstanding concentricity throughout the wheel's lifetime.
C25 wheels

The C25i wheels take any gravel or road bike to a new level! Designed specifically for wide tubeless tires, this wheelset excels on all terrains. We've used it in everything from the toughest bikepacking events to Cyclocross World Cup racing, the C25i always ensures efficient and fast progress.

High-end workmanship
Each C25 is laced with robot-assisted precision and then undergoes manual fine-tuning by experienced wheel builders. The 7050 aluminum hub body with MicroAdjust caps allows for play-free adjustment – for long-lasting, top-level performance.
