The Facebook pixel is only integrated by Facebook with your consent and may store a cookie on your device.
The Facebook pixel collects information about the use of this website (e.g. information about viewed articles) by Facebook. This information can be assigned to you personally with the help of other information that Facebook has already stored about you (e.g. based on your member account on the Facebook social network). If you visit Facebook while logged in or subsequently log in to Facebook, the visit to our website will be noted in your profile. With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is able to determine the visitors to our offer as a target group for the display of advertisements on Facebook. The information collected via the pixel can also be linked by Facebook to an interest profile and this aggregated information can be used by Facebook for its own advertising purposes as well as for the advertising purposes of third parties. We cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the user from the data collected about you. The processing of the data by Facebook takes place in accordance with Facebook's privacy policy, which you can view at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php . There you can also find further information on how the pixel works and generally on the display of Facebook advertising.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of data at any time with future effect.
If you do not wish to see advertisements tailored to your interests, you can deactivate cookies in your browser as described above. You can also notify Facebook of your revocation using the following link: https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/edit/ . Another option is to revoke your consent via the EU website http://www.youronlinechoices.com/ or the US website http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ . The settings are then platform-independent, meaning they are applied to all devices, such as desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets.

This is the case if the circumstances indicate that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention periods to the contrary.
5) Data processing when opening a customer account and for contract processing
According to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide it to us to perform a contract or when opening a customer account. You can delete your customer account at any time and can do so by sending a message to the above-mentioned address of the person responsible. We store and use the data you provide to process the contract. After the contract has been fully processed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be blocked with regard to retention periods under tax and commercial law and deleted after these periods have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved the right to further use of the data that is permitted by law, about which we will inform you accordingly below.
