The Syntace website features plug-ins of social media websites such as Facebook (1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA). If a customer visits the Syntace website, a direct connection between the customer’s web browser and the Facebook server is created. Facebook thereby receives the information that the customer has visited the Syntace website with its individual IP address. If the customer clicks the Facebook “like button” while being locked in into its Facebook account, the content of the Syntace website is linked to the customer’s Facebook profile. We hereby state that we do not receive any information by Facebook about any of these processes.
