The Vector Lowrider is the low-rise version of The Vector DH.  If you're looking for a little rise, this 13mm-rise bar could be the one for you.

Tip: The Syntace Vector DH and the Vector Lowrider are not compatible with MTB stems, that possess no split handlebar clamp.

Note: Syntace plugs # 0.8 are required, if bar ends are used with Syntace VRO handlebars (not included in delivery, see "Handlebar & Stem Accessories").
